Move More. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator to your office, dancing around your living room to de-stress, and even doing a few yoga moves midday will drastically and immediately improve your health. Using a fitness app has never been easier, most cell phones have some form built in that let you record and track progress and goals. Engage your co-workers in some friendly competition, or set company-wide fitness goals and reap the benefits together.

Green Tea. The temptation to pour that second or third cup of coffee to combat the mid-afternoon snooze fest can be hard to beat, B=but consider green tea instead! If you don’t like eating something, don’t force yourself to do it just because it’s “healthy.” A sustainable and efficient diet should be based on foods that you enjoy as well as that provide you with nutritional benefits.
